Additional Information: [I will probably have other papers to submit in the REF instead of this one.] Systematic reviews are highly resource-intensive in part because of the 'data deluge': there are so many research papers being published, it is difficult to find the ones that are relevant. Text mining offers a possible solution, and this paper is ground breaking in that it describes the first system in the world to support systematic reviews using text mining technology.
