Additional Information: The paper compares Latino children with other ethnic groups in terms of birth outcomes and physical and cognitive growth up to 24 months of age. Regression models are used to investigate the effects of maternal prenatal factors, maternal relationships, support and mental health, parenta discipline and preliteracy practices and children's health, physical growth and cognitive development.
